Work With Us

Bring us your project.

Alongside our own products, Menion Enterprises takes on outside client work — bringing the same Purpose‑Driven Technology, Creative Engineering, and Experience‑First Development to projects we build for other people.

Whether you need a new website, a piece of custom software, ongoing IT support, or an outside perspective on a technical decision, we'd rather do a few things well than take on everything. If it's a good fit, we'll tell you. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

What We Offer

Ways we can help.

01

Software Development

Custom applications, tools, and integrations built around how your business actually works.

02

Website Design & Development

Marketing sites, web apps, and everything in between — designed with intention, built to last.

03

Advanced & Specialized Development

Harder problems — performance, architecture, integrations — that need deeper technical experience.

04

Consulting

An outside, experienced perspective on technical decisions, architecture, or a project that's stuck.

05

IT Support & Maintenance

Keeping existing systems running — updates, fixes, and the unglamorous work that matters.

How It Works

A simple process.

1. Reach Out

Tell us what you're trying to do using the form below. No project is too early or too rough to describe.

2. Scope It Together

We'll talk through what you actually need, what it would take, and whether we're the right fit — honestly.

3. We Build

Regular check-ins, no disappearing for weeks at a time. You'll always know where things stand.

4. Deliver & Support

We hand off something you can actually run with — and we're around after launch, not just before it.

Case Studies

AV & IT Ongoing

Church Stage Audio & Media Overhaul

A local church brought us in to figure out why half of their stage audio wasn't working. The cause turned out to be physical, not technical — several cables were run poorly underneath the stage, and some weren't even connected on the other end. We rebuilt the stage setup from the ground up: proper access to every port, main instruments and microphones connected and configured correctly, and sound optimized for their existing equipment. We're continuing the engagement — evaluating and upgrading equipment, fixing issues as they surface, and expanding into their media side (slides, live streaming) and other IT areas like security systems. We're currently redesigning their entire stage — architecture, setup, and mainframe — to integrate more efficient, higher‑quality production going forward.

Web Design & Development Delivered

New Law Firm Website & Launch

A newly formed law firm needed a website that actually defined them — who they are, what they do, and how they operate — before they'd ever had a web presence. We designed and built the site, then handled SEO, hosting, domain, and email setup so they had everything running and easy to manage from day one.

Software Development In Testing

Restaurant Kitchen Order System Rebuild

A restaurant's kitchen order system — custom‑built by a previous developer with the single job of sending orders to the kitchen — couldn't reliably do even that, and every change had to go through the original developer with no way for the restaurant to customize anything itself. We're in early testing on a replacement: order sending that actually works, real customization and finer control over how orders reach the kitchen, and much faster turnaround on fixes, updates, and additions from the development side.

Software Development Live

Octopus OOS — Built In‑House

Octopus OOS started as an internal problem: we needed a way to manage multiple concurrent client projects — boards, timelines, time tracking, billing — without stitching together five different tools. Rather than adopt something that didn't fit how we actually worked, we built our own.

The result is a full project and organization management platform: a single shared Express/Postgres API powering a web app (Next.js), a desktop wrapper (Tauri), and a native mobile app (Expo/React Native, currently in progress) — all with real‑time updates via Socket.io, so a change on one device shows up everywhere instantly. Role‑based permissions and a client‑grouping layer let an agency manage several accounts without them bleeding into each other, and Stripe billing across Free/Pro/Business/Enterprise tiers turned it from an internal tool into something we could actually ship. It's now live and in use beyond just our own projects.
